That usually means each colorway of a style needs at least 100 pieces, with size ratios agreed on the purchase order. Adding a new color later is treated as its own color run against the same MOQ rule unless we agree a combined plan in writing.
Samples typically take about 7 days once the brief and materials are confirmed. That clock starts after fabric or agreed substitutes are available and after measurement/artwork questions are answered—not on the day of a first incomplete inquiry. Courier time to your office is separate. If a revision sample is required, plan another cycle after you return consolidated comments.
Bulk lead time depends on quantity, fabric lead time and factory loading—request an order-specific schedule after the PO scope is clear. Payment normally follows a deposit against proforma invoice with the balance timed to shipment documents as agreed on the order. Shipping terms (for example EXW, FOB or other agreed Incoterms) and the destination mode (air/sea/express) should be written before cartons close. We are not a freight forwarder; we pack to the agreed method and hand off to your nominated forwarder or an agreed ship path.
