Contact sales
Send a sourcing request by email, through the RFQ form or on WhatsApp with the details needed for a useful factory reply.
Tell us which sourcing path is closest
Start with your development needs: add brand trims, create original garments, coordinate a streetwear drop or plan a focused first run.
Brand labels and trims · Packaging scope · Approved sample standard
Define labels, trims and packing alongside the garment sample so the branded product can be approved as one complete unit.
Product category mix · MOQ and reorder plan · Factory capability fit
Compare manufacturing and sourcing models, confirm who controls each process and send the same brief when comparing quotes.
Fit references · Fabric weight · Decoration method
Develop relaxed silhouettes, heavier fabrics and decoration together, with a clear style-and-color plan for your drop.
Tech pack readiness · Sample comments · Bulk QC checkpoints
Create original garments from fabric and patterns when a stock blank cannot provide the required silhouette or construction.
Send your brief to Clothing Manufacturer China.
Email your tech packs and reference images, or use the RFQ builder to prepare a structured WhatsApp message.
What to include in your first message
Tell us the garments you want, an approximate quantity, the fabric direction and when you want the products in market. Reference photos or a link to a product you like are very helpful. If you are planning a first collection, say so and we can suggest how to keep the first order focused.
Mention the page you were reading so we know which product program you are referring to.
Ways to reach us
Email suits tech packs, artwork and size charts. WhatsApp is convenient for quick questions. The RFQ page prepares a structured message so key details are included.
Useful pages before you write
These answer the most common questions:
- Product programs: every garment category we develop.
- Production process: approval steps from sample to shipment.
- Low MOQ clothing: planning a 100 pcs first order.
- Custom clothing for startups: building a first collection.
After your first message
We reply with questions where needed and then confirm the sample scope. Keep files and decisions in one email thread or chat so everything is easy to find later. If you are comparing several suppliers, send each the same brief so the replies are comparable.
What happens if your project is not a fit
Not every enquiry is a good match. If your product falls outside the categories we make well, or your quantity is below the 100 pcs MOQ for a style, we will tell you plainly and, where possible, suggest how to adjust the plan — for example by reducing colors so a style reaches the MOQ, or by starting with fewer products.
Clear early answers save time for both sides. If you are still exploring, it is fine to ask general questions before preparing a full brief; the RFQ checklist and product programs will help when you are ready.
Response expectations
Messages with attachments, references and quantities usually get the most useful first reply. Messages that only ask for a price list are harder to answer, because pricing depends on fabric, construction, decoration and quantity rather than a fixed catalog.
Languages and time zones
We communicate in English and Chinese. Because we are based in China, replies to messages sent late in your day often arrive by your next morning. Putting all key details in one message helps avoid waiting a full day for a simple clarification.
Sharing files securely
Email suits large tech packs and artwork. If files are too large to attach, share a download link and mention it in the message so it is not missed.
